The publisher named above is responsible for the content of this website within the meaning of applicable EU and national law. Fáilte Future is a convening and advocacy initiative for the cultural and creative industries; views expressed here represent CreativeFED and its partners, not necessarily every member or funder.
Creative FED strives to keep this page accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the content; it is provided for general information about the event. This privacy policy explains what personal data we process on this page, on what legal basis, who receives it, how long we keep it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We keep data processing to a minimum. This page uses no analytics, no tracking cookies and no third-party trackers. The only place we collect identifying personal data is the “Keep me posted” sign-up form — and only with your active consent.
If you enter your e-mail address in the “Keep me posted” form, we process that e-mail address to send you updates about Fáilte Future and general ECIS / CreativeFED communications.
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — given actively when you submit the form and confirm via the double-opt-in e-mail. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
We keep your e-mail address for as long as Fáilte Future and general ECIS / CreativeFED communications are active, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every e-mail, which removes you from the active list immediately.
This page sets no cookies and uses no browser storage for tracking. (Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s CDN to render the typeface; no cookies are set by this page for that purpose.)
Sign-up data stays within the European Union (Listmonk in Germany, Brevo in France). We make no transfer of identifying personal data to non-EU services from this page.
Under the EU GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@creativefed.eu. We respond within one month, as required by Art. 12(3) GDPR.
We may update this legal notice and privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page and dated. Your continued use of this page after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy.
