What we contribute
Creative FED joins European consortia as the partner that connects projects with the people who use their results: Europe's cultural and creative industries and the policymakers who shape their framework conditions. As the successor to the European Creative Business Network (ECBN), we have contributed to EU-funded projects for more than a decade, from consortium coordination to communication, dissemination and exploitation.
We bring three assets to your proposal: a European network of creative businesses and sector organisations, a policy footprint in Brussels, and communication infrastructure that reaches well beyond the consortium. We contribute across the full project architecture, and we are happy to discuss roles beyond those listed below.

How we contribute
We lead visibility, audience engagement and the uptake of results, and we make sure they create value after the funding ends.
- Communication plan and visual identity
- Dissemination and exploitation strategy
- Valorisation and sustainability models
- European outreach through our channels, events and network
We coordinate consortia and mobilise organisations from our network to test, apply and carry results forward.
- Consortium coordination
- Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP): open call design, selection and evaluation, contracting, monitoring and reporting, budgeted as a separate task, distinct from the funds passed on
- Three to five replicators who apply and independently evaluate the methodology before it moves into exploitation and beyond the project's lifespan
We provide evidence from and about the European creative industries.
- Ecosystem mapping and skills intelligence
- Surveys, stakeholder consultation and validation
- Sector input for IP-related instruments such as toolkits, guidelines and licensing models
- Methodological support to other work packages
We turn project results into policy recommendations and bring them to the people who decide.
- Lead or co-lead the formulation of policy recommendations
- Channelling to the European Commission and the European Parliament
- Presentation at the Strategic Dialogue and ECIS
We help consortia show how their results lead to change, and we track whether that change happens while the project is running.
- Impact pathway design: from outputs to outcomes and long-term impacts, aligned with the call's expected outcomes and wider EU objectives
- Co-drafting of the proposal's Impact section: target groups, barriers to uptake and measures to maximise impact
- Indicator framework with baselines, targets and data sources
- Monitoring of uptake across communication, replication and policy channels
- Impact reporting for periodic reviews and the final report, with adjustments where results fall short
European Creative Industries Summit (ECIS). Held every year in the country holding the rotating EU Council Presidency. Next edition: Ireland, November 2026.
Strategic Dialogue, Brussels. Every June, around 120 professionals in direct exchange with the European Commission and Members of the European Parliament.
Consortia can build both events into their proposal to present results, showcase replicators and bring findings to policymakers and sector stakeholders. This gives the impact section a concrete, verifiable pathway.
